Relaxing in the French
countryside
The Paris du Jour trip was the best!
Everyday was better than the last! I can’t imagine how
you could change anything. From the picnic on the Grand Canal
at Versailles to a lunch at an elegant hunting estate in Normandy,
what more could one want? Thank you, Cheryl, for a wonderful
trip. I am looking forward to the group reunion in Paris!

Paris Tips
In the evenings there are
many choices for enjoying Paris by night. There are spectacular concerts in
many different churches. Fat Tire Bike Tours offers a wonderful way to enjoy the
City of Light and also includes a trip along the River Seine on the bateau
Mouche, those big river boats that glide along the river and under the
exquisite bridges that traverse the Seine.
Or you might want to explore the
Latin Quarter with its various ethnic restaurants tucked along winding rues.
Both the Louvre (Wed) and the Musee d’Orsay (Thurs) have late nights, so you
have the opportunity to spend some time in these gorgeous Paris museums. And
don’t forget the symbol of Paris….the Eiffel Tower.
